01 / CLARITY

See your next
move clearly.

Start with where you are. Understand what needs attention, what is missing, and what deserves your next move.

The free Capacity Navigator is a pilot tool. Any paid diagnostic follows a separate scope and fee confirmation.

A provisional Snapshot, based on what you share.

02 / CAPABILITY

Bring the right
capabilities
together.

The judgment of experienced people. The reach of AI. Systems that help the work move.

PeopleAISystems

Experienced executives bring judgment. Emerging professionals contribute structured work. Software and AI support preparation and consistency.

The free Snapshot is generated automatically before human review. Paid findings and Roadmap release require named human reviewers.

03 / PROGRESS

Turn direction
into progress.

A clear path. People around the work. Progress you can return to, understand, and build on.

A sequenced plan. Clear responsibilities. Human review.

CAPACITY / ROADMAPIllustrative example

Example business situation

Revenue is growing.
Cash is getting tighter.

Start with what the numbers support. Then decide what needs to change.

01

Establish the facts

Review reporting, unpaid invoices, and project costs. Separate verified findings from questions that still need evidence.

Proposed owner: finance lead
02

Choose the first move

If the evidence supports it, prioritize collections and project-level margin visibility before adding more overhead.

Proposed owner: business owner + finance lead
03

Make the work accountable

Agree who owns each action, when it is due, and how progress will be reviewed. Scope any execution support separately.

Proposed owner: operations lead

Fictional example, not a client result or advice for your business. Your Roadmap follows your diagnostic and human review.

What running out of capacity actually looks like

We put the right capacity around the problem.

Your business has outgrown the capacity of one person. More decisions return to you. Cash gets harder to predict. Growth adds work faster than your team can absorb it.

What Capacity does

Most businesses do not fail because the owner lacks ability. They need more capacity around the work.

Capacity Partners Group determines what is actually happening in a business, commits to a conclusion, builds the path, brings the people the work needs, follows the execution, and measures what changed.

Select a category to see the shape of it.

Everything unusual still comes to one desk

The schedule slips whenever the owner is not on the floor. Decisions wait for a person who is already fully committed, and the queue behind them is invisible until something is late.

How Capacity works

Five stages, in order. Each one produces something the next one needs, and no stage pretends to know what the one before it has not established.

  1. A guided conversation, free, that organises the situation rather than diagnosing it. It ends in a Clarity Snapshot: what you described, what it appears to be about, and what would have to be established to say anything stronger.

What it is not: a verdict. Nothing in a Snapshot is presented as a finding, because nothing has been examined yet.

A Clarity Snapshot: what was described, organised, with what is still unresolved marked.

Institutional intelligence, built as we deliver

A consistent method. Recorded decisions. Follow-up against what was originally said.

Explore the method and where it stands today

Every diagnostic is scored against the same rubric, every conclusion is followed up, and every follow-up is recorded against what was originally said. Over enough engagements that produces something a single adviser cannot have: a measured view of which readings held, which did not, and what tends to be true of businesses at a given stage.

Where that stands today: the method, the rubric and the measurement machinery are built and enforced in software. The body of measured engagements is not — it starts with the founding cohort. Capacity would rather say that plainly than present an empty instrument as an established one.

The founding phase

Capacity plans to begin with its first five to ten businesses. Each start depends on verified staffing, available hours, scope and release readiness.

Founding engagements are deliberately narrow and fully disclosed in writing before anything is agreed: what is included, what is not, and what cannot yet be verified. The limits are part of the engagement, not a footnote to it.

What Capacity is being built toward

Talent development

A future program for developing professionals through structured work and review. Not open. No applications for this program are accepted through this page. The separate Network recruits experienced professionals.

Capital

A later direction with separate obligations. Not open. Capacity does not place capital, raise capital or advise on securities today.

Your first step.
A clearer picture.

Start with your business situation. The Navigator produces a free Snapshot; a paid diagnostic follows a separate scope and human review.

Limited pilot · Paid delivery by confirmation

The Navigator pilot is available at the application link above. Paid diagnostics are not generally available: scope, company size and complexity, staffing, fee and start date must be confirmed separately. The founding review is interview-led and does not include financial-document intake. Execution is a separate engagement.
